过完圣诞节就阳了，一直觉得很乏力，总觉得有点心里负担，没有斗志，没有想法，没有动力，只想安躺着，不是工作需要，很久都不出门了，希望自己很快就恢复到从前，喜欢出游，喜欢拍照，喜欢发帖，热爱生活
